Wish there was a way to get into great shape...
WITHOUT the gym?
I've a Dad, husband an ex-marine who... after being fit in my younger days...
Ended up 40lbs overweight as I entered my late 30s.
I knew I had to make a change...
But as a busy family man with young children I found it harder and harder to make it back and forth to the gym multiple times a week.
That's when I discovered body weight training.
I soon learned that it's an effective way to train...
So effective that I lost the 40lbs and got into the best shape of my life.
Plus it's fun!

Frequently Asked Questions
Q. Can I start this program if I have a nagging pain or injury?
A. Check with your doctor first.
We can dial the intensity up or down based on your fitness level...
And it's designed for beginners.
So if you want to start with lower intensity exercises, that's fine.
Q. Who shouldn't buy this program?
I wouldn't recommend this program if you want to use barbells and machines.
That's fine if you do...
But this program is centered about body weight exercises like push-ups and pull-ups.
Q. What kind of equipment do I need?
You need access to a pull-up bar and gymnastic rings (or TRX).
Q. How long are these workouts?
You'll be training 5-6 days a week.
Each workout can be done in about 30 minutes, but they can be shorter or longer depending on your rest periods.
Personally, it's rare for me to complete my workouts in one session.
I usually get my exercises done throughout the day, like a To Do List, so if you have a busy schedule like I do, you have a lot of flexibility with the program.
